Long black velvet skirt with multi layered fish tail. The skirt is fully lined with a silky soft satin. The second layer of the fishtail is made of stiff tulle for extra volume. The top layer is made of Sicilian lace with soft mesh and lace with scalloped trimmings. Concealed zipper at the back.
